What is RSS?

RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, is a web based method used by many applications to receive updates. Using this technology you can keep up to date with the latest updates from Great Hills and many other blogs and web sites. See below for instructions for many of the common places you can subscribe to our RSS feeds.

Start Pages and Online Readers

iGoogle -

1. Copy the feed address above
2. From your iGoogle page click "add stuff"
3. Click "add Feed or Gadget" from the left side of the page
4. Paste in the feed address and click "Add"

Google Reader -

1. Copy the feed address above
2. From Google Reader click the "Add a subscription"button
3. Paste in the feed address and click "Add"

My Yahoo-

1. Copy the feed address above
2. From your My Yahoo page click the "Add Content" link
3. Click "Add RSS Feed"
4. Paste in the feed address and click "Add"

Other applications

Firefox -

1. Click on the feed link above
2. Click the "Subscribe Now" button
3. Edit the feed name if desired and click "Subscribe"

Internet Explorer -

1. Click the feed link above
2. Click the "Subscribe to this feed" link
3. You will now be able to view updates from the IE Favorites Center and using other programs that use the Common Feed List such as Outlook

Outlook (The above instructions for IE will also make the feed available in Outlook) -

1. Copy the feed address from above
2. From the Tools menu click "Account Settings"
3. Under the "RSS Feeds" tab click "New"
4. Paste the feed address and click "Add"
5. Click "OK"

Safari -

1. While viewing this page in Safari click the above feed link
2. Choose "Add Bookmark..." from the Bookmarks menu
3. In the drop down menu choose "Bookmarks Bar" and click "Add"

Apple Mail -

1. Copy the feed address from above
2. In Mail choose "Add RSS Feeds..." from the File menu
3. Choose "Specify the URL for a feed" and paste in the address
4. Click "Add"
