Meets at Great Hills every Monday evening in Building A, Large Group session and Open Share small groups, 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Description:The purpose of the Celebrate Recovery ministry at Great Hills is to celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles" taken from the Beatitudes and the Christ-Centered 12-Steps. Celebrate Recovery provides a safe environment for working and applying these biblical principles. Through the working of the steps and accepting God’s grace, we become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. What to expect:Celebrate Recovery meetings at Great Hills begin with a time of worship and teaching that is followed by issue/gender specific small group meetings. Small Groups: Issue/gender specific
Childcare (For children age 0 through 5th grade)KidsKare is available for children from birth through 5th grade. Planned activities and pizza are provided for the children. For liability reasons, parents must be participating in the GHBC Celebrate Recovery or Hope, Health, and Healing programs in order to use our child care services. We believe that every child is a gift sent straight from the Lord. We thank you in advance for entrusting your child to our care. Be secure in the knowledge that everything possible is being done to keep your child safe and happy while at GHBC. Hours: 6:30 – 9:00 pm. Children must be picked up promptly at 9:00 pm Location: Building C – See the information desk for classroom assignment. Registration: Please register your child (see the links for each week below).
