Chad joined the staff of GHBC in March 2006.  He pastors 6th-12th grade students. Chad’s passion is to make them aware of God’s calling on their lives and to empower them to use their God-given abilities and gifts for the glory of God to become Christ-like young adults.

Ross came to Great Hills in 1996. Ross leads the Worship, Trendsetter (senior adults) and Prayer Ministries with a passionate commitment to Christ, prayer, excellence and discipleship.

Since October 2000, Russell has led and coordinated the production work, staff, personnel, and volunteers of the Media Ministry in effectively communicating the message of Jesus Christ to our church, city, and world.

Terry joined the Great Hills staff as Worship Pastor in July of 2010.  He is passionate about leading people to become authentic followers of Jesus and to express that relationship in the weekly worship experiences.

Danny provides leadership in creating and producing contemporary worship experiences where people can have an authentic encounter with Christ. He joined the GHBC staff in November 2006.

Mark participates in the strategic planning of our church on our Lead Team and supervises the Bible Life Ministry for all age groups.  Mark has served in this position since August 2007.

Mike participates in the strategic planning of our church on the Lead Team, leads our local to global missions ministries, and provides direction and oversight for the human resources, operations, and finances of our church.  Mike has been on staff since July 2002.

Kyle serves the Pastor by directing the pastoral and support team in implementing the Pastor’s vision to fulfill our church’s purpose by developing Biblical and relational ministry strategies. Kyle is a member of the Lead Team and joined the staff team in December 2003.

Bill has served our Married Adults here at GHBC since June 2008.  Bill has a passion for connecting far-from-God people into an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ so that they might become fully devoted & fully developing disciples.  Bill and his wife, Debbie, also love investing into and “doing life” with other young married couples and families here in the Austin area.
