YOUNG SINGLES MINISTRY

Welcome to the Young Singles Ministry of Great Hills Baptist Church.  We have an excellent ministry in Austin, Texas, that focuses on reaching single adults from
age 20-something to age 39.

OUR VISION

We focus on people.  

Our ministry (Titus 3:4-5) exists to lead every Young Single Adult to the transforming love of Jesus Christ.  Our goal is that everyone we come in contact with will experience the love of God.  The vision God has given us is to passionately share the good news of what Christ can do for every person who will follow Him.  Christ is our leader and our focus. We personally know the regenerating power of the Holy Spirit of God and how we now have joy to live life to the fullest with great meaning and purpose.

SUNDAYS

Our Bible Life Groups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am so we can attend the 11am contemporary worship service together. We are located in Building A on the second floor (building A is the building to the left of the copper dome when you drive in the main entrance). To find us enter building A through the glass doors. The stairs will be to your right. Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Turn right at the top of the stairs where you will find the Young Singles area. We meet in "living room groups" on Sunday. We also have home teams that meet weekly throughout the Austin area.

HOME TEAMS

Most of our members attend weekly Bible studies that meet in homes in our area. We call these groups “home teams”. The home teams are groups of single men and women who meet together to eat, talk, pray, and engage in each other's lives. We seek to encourage each other as we deepen our relationships with Christ, and to reach out to the people in the world around us to show His love and mercy. We believe that growth begins with a relationship with Christ, develops by applying biblical truths, & solidifies through authentic relationships with each other. We seek to become mature disciples of Christ, and we are intentional about living life together in accountable relationships that allow us to share each others' hurts, joys, and struggles.

Home team options:

·         Anderson Mill Home Team, Sundays at 7:00 pm

·         Parmer Home Team, Thursdays at 7:00 pm

·         Round Rock Home Team (620 area), Thursdays at 7:00 pm
