About Us

The Young Adult Ministry at Great Hills is a community of adults 18-35 years old seeking to grow upward in worship, inward in discipleship, and outward in impact. We gather on Sunday mornings at 9:30 for a discussion based lesson through books of the Bible. Our Connect Groups range from single adults, young marrieds, and up to parents of young children. The Young Adult Ministry also values fellowship through bimonthly events that keep our people connected to one another and allows for guests to visit us in a more casual environment.

You can contact the Young Adult Ministry staff by emailing Gary Hendrickson at garyh@ghbc.org and Christina Cavazos at ccavazos@ghbc.org or by calling our offices at 512-343-7763 ext. 622

Summer Home Group

This summer the Young Adult Ministry will be hosting a Home Group to consider the significance of singleness from a Biblical perspective. You might think this would exclude couples that are dating or married but this study is for all people. We will be reading 7 Myths About Singleness by pastor and speaker Sam Allberry. This book will help single and married believers alike better value singleness as a gift from God so that we can all encourage singles to take hold of the unique opportunities their singleness affords and see their role in the flourishing of the church as a whole.

Sign up below to join us at 7pm on Mondays, from May 27 through June 24 for our Young Adults Summer Home Group. For 18-35 year-olds who are single, dating, engaged, or married!
